You can set intentions in the form of prayer, or as statements of intention, or do both, during your Spiritual Practice.

A transcript of this, the 9th one, follows:

Let it be known that I honor, appreciate, respect, and love the natural realms and the natural kingdoms of Earth.

I ask Spirit and the Creator to protect and give fortitude to those natural realms and all of the beings that constitute them.

Let those beings know that I stand with them, that I offer my support and cooperation, that I express sincere gratitude for all of the nourishment, comfort, and shelter they have provided, that I acknowledge and honor their importance and right to exist and that I will do my part to protect them.

So be it.
