You can set intentions in the form of prayer or as statements of intention, or do both, during your Spiritual Practice.

The 10th one goes as follows.

I set my intention, and I pray that, Spiritual Light shine on and illuminate the minds of those people who have fallen under the spell of disinformation, propaganda, illusions, glamour and lies. That they be set free and released from the grip of such illusions or distortions. That their minds be healed and that this occur immediately and without delay. That Higher Spiritual Light, Truth, and Wisdom shine on and illuminate Earth.
