You can set intentions in the form of prayer or as statements of intention during your Spiritual Practice.

In a recent episode I stated that nothing of value could be conveyed in 60 seconds. Then I realized that I could squeeze intentions into a Short. So I guess I was partially wrong about that.

The third one goes like so:

I pray that… or I set my intention that…

Those who knowingly promote or profit from, lies, deceit, deception, misinformation or disinformation, which materially affects or causes harm to others, society or the natural world, be exposed, held accountable and brought to justice for such actions or crimes.
