You can set intentions in the form of prayer or as statements of intention, or do both, during your Spiritual Practice.

The fourth one goes like this:

I pray that, and I set my intention that:

Those who knowingly and needlessly cause significant harm to others, or to the natural world, have such actions brought to the attention of the public, and that they be held accountable and brought to justice for, such actions or crimes.
