I have stated the following on and off for a long time in my spiritual practice and I thought I would share this with you.

You can do these in the form of prayer or as statements of intention.

They go like this:

I pray that… or I set my intention that…

Those who abuse their power, privilege or authority in ways that are harmful to others have such acts or crimes be exposed to the public and that they be held accountable and be brought to justice for them.

I also typically ask, or state, that as many healthy habitats and species on Earth be preserved and protected as possible.

I also ask or state that darkness on Earth be dispelled and that the consciousness here be raised and uplifted.
